We return to Alaska and check out Fairbanks
Share on
Part two of Paul's amazing Alaska adventure with more people, food, culture, and transit this time from Fairbanks.

Join host Paul Comfort as we head to Fairbanks in part 2 of Transit Unplugged TV’s Alaskan adventure. At the end of part 1, Paul boarded the Denali Star in Anchorage for the 12-hour train ride up to Fairbanks. Now in Fairbanks, adventure awaits with a traditional salmon bake, a visit to a gold rush saloon, checking out local craftspeople, a river boat cruise, and more!

Fairbanks is also supported by a robust transit system and celebrating a new facility that will not only house all their operations, but all their vehicles inside too!

All this plus:
Visiting Pioneer Park
The ecology of Creamer’s Field
The Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitor Center
The University of Alaska, Fairbanks Museum
And even a visit to Santa’s Workshop and Santa himself in North Pole, AK.
