Transit Unplugged TV Honored with 46th Annual Telly Award for Travel & Tourism

New York City, NY (May 20, 2025) – Transit Unplugged TV was recognized today with a 2025 Telly Award, the premier award honoring excellence in video and television across all screens. The award-winning episode, “The Rocky Mountaineer Train Experience” earned the Bronze Telly in Travel & Tourism, and was recognized for excellence in an Online and Television Series.
Hosted by transit evangelist Paul Comfort, Transit Unplugged TV is a travel show that profiles world-class cities by highlighting their food, music, and culture while providing behind-the-scenes access to the public transportation systems that get you there. If you love trains, buses, ferries, and trolleys, this is the show for you. The Telly Award-winning Rocky Mountaineer episode was created by Producer and Host Paul Comfort, Video Director Jaime Cuadra, Executive Producer Julie Gates, and Executive Producer Gerardo Colantuono.

The 46th Annual Telly Awards were judged by leaders from video platforms, television, streaming networks, and production companies. This year’s winners include Pixar Animation Studios, Hearst Media, ESPN, LinkedIn, NATO, MTV Entertainment Studios, and NASA.
