What’s your favorite transit podcast?
Besides Transit Unplugged, of course.

We know Transit Unplugged is one of your favorite podcasts (thank you), but there are a lot of other great shows out there too. We’ve been chatting with other transit podcasters and have been exchanging episodes with them so you get a chance to check out some new shows for yourself.
Over the holidays we released an episode from The Overhead Wire and this week we have an episode from APTA’s The Transit Authority with Art Guzzetti, APTA VP of Policy and Mobility, and Stephen Gardener, CEO of Amtrak.
Amtrak is on track for high speed rail in the Northeast Corridor
And stay tuned, we’ll have episodes from other shows like The Future of Mobility with past guest Brandon Bartneck coming up later this year.
BTW, if you have a transit podcast you think we should know about, tell us! Just reply to this newsletter with your idea and we’ll get back to you.
????️What’s new on the Transit Unplugged blog
Oh you didn’t know we had a blog? We don’t blame you, we’ve been keeping it under wraps until now.
Last week we posted some leadership lessons from some recent episodes. We have insights from:
- Holly Arnold, CEO of MTA Maryland
- Eve Wiggins, Dir of Transit for MiWay in Mississauga
- Adam Barth, CEO of Stanislaus Regional Transit
- Carl Sedoryk, CEO of Monterey-Salinas Transit
- Randy Clarke, CEO of WMATA
- Rep. Earl Blumenauer
Maybe one of the best things about this industry is the pride we feel in the work we do. That pride, that passion, makes for great leaders and great teams. We hope you enjoy the post and the special playlist with all the episodes mentioned.
Watch for more posts like this where we pull together episodes that focus on important topics and industry trends.

We’ve been at this for three years now, can you believe it? Well, neither can we. Creating this show is a true labor of love for Paul.
Paul’s vision is to highlight all the work you do and the communities you serve. Each city, each agency uniquely reflects the people there. From food, to art, to culture we want to put the spotlight on you.
